Automation that takes work off your plate
I'm a freelance automation developer. I build custom tools for small business owners that handle the repetitive work: follow-ups, orders, reports and paperwork. You tell me what eats your week, and I build the tool that does it.
What I automate for small businesses
Follow-ups
Reminders, renewals and quote chasers that go to the right person at the right time.
Orders and data entry
Stop re-typing the same details between emails, forms and spreadsheets.
Reports
The Monday summary that used to take an hour, built and sent for you.
Paperwork
Collect documents from clients and see what is still missing.
Repeat questions
A tool that answers the questions you get every week, using your own information.
Something else
If it is repetitive and rule-based, it is worth a conversation.
How I work
- You send me one task. The one that eats the most of your week.
- I reply with questions or a plain-English plan. Including whether it is worth automating at all.
- I build it and your team uses it. Simple screens, no manual needed.
I start from your problem, not a tool I want to sell. If a simple setup solves it, I will say so.

Common questions
What is business automation?
It means a tool does the repetitive parts of running your business, such as sending follow-ups, entering orders, chasing documents or building the weekly report, so your team does not do them by hand.
Do I need a custom tool, or would a ready-made one do?
Sometimes a ready-made tool is enough, and if that is the case I will tell you. I build something custom when your process does not fit an off-the-shelf tool or when stitching several tools together would be fragile.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the task, so I would rather look at your specific one than give a vague range. After you send it, I reply with questions or a plain-English plan that sets out what I would build and how long it would take.
Will it work with the software I already use?
Usually yes. I build around your spreadsheets, email, accounting or industry software, and connect to them through their integrations where they offer them. I check what is possible before you commit.
Who do you work with?
Small business owners in the US and UK. I am based in Glasgow and work remotely.
